Compact floor plans show the practical layout of 2 to 4 room apartments, which provide plenty of flexibility for individual design. Open or semi-open kitchens create an atmosphere of a community. High-quality floors, safe technology and practical design details bring modern living comfort to life. An elevator in each stairwell ensures comfortable access to the flats. There are a total of 91 parking spaces in the underground car park.
Privat funded and Subsidized apartments
In contrast to the privately funded apartments, the subsidized apartments (MMM) have threshold-free semi-recessed balconies with grey paving made of artificial stone and manually operated shutters on most of the room windows. A shower curtain holder is installed in the bathrooms, which the tenants can affix their own curtains to. The washbasin mirrors extend to the top of the washbasin. No built-in kitchen is provided.

2-room apartments

Couples and discerning singles will find a trendy home in our 2-room apartments. The intelligent floor plan solutions also create space to come home and switch off, to spend time together and retreat, and offer sufficient space for customised design. The heart of our 2-room apartments is the living room – compact or very spacious depending on the apartment type. An open-plan design with a kitchen and dining area, it offers access to the cosy bedroom and, in most of the apartments, to the adjoining loggia. The apartments are completed with a small hallway offering storage space and a shower room.

Whether you choose the ground floor or one of the four upper floors – there are a total of 42 2-room apartments available, sizes ranging between 38–63 square metres.

3-room apartments

The well thought-out floor plans and functional room layout make the 3-room apartments at Josefs Höfe ideal for young families and discerning couples alike, because the third room can be used as a children’s room, a guest room, a home office, or a hobby room. And while the generally spacious living area invites you to spend time together, cook, eat, and relax, the bedroom offers snug privacy. The apartments are completed with a hallway, storage space, and shower room, and the spacious loggia expands the space even more with another room for customised design.

4-room apartments

These apartments offer plenty of space for a wide range of requirements and individual desires. The 4-room apartments at Josefs Höfe are also compact and comfortably furnished. With a master bedroom and two further rooms, they offer space for kith and kin. The living area is perfectly suited to make cooking, eating, and spending time together a family affair. The spacious hallway is practical as it offers storage space and connects the hallway and bedrooms and opens out into the living/dining area. Even more impressive: there is also a loggia and generally two bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a bathtub.
