The JOSEFS HÖFE project is located in the south of the DIAMALTPARK neighbourhood. Four apartment buildings offer 98 rental flats, 34 of which are funded under the Munich model rent programme (MMM) and are designed to be accessible to wheelchair users.
The four solid-construction buildings are connected to one another through a shared underground car park. House 1 with two upper floors and House 2 with three upper floors also share a common ground floor, with an integrated day nurseries in the transition area, which is operated by the City of Munich.
