Plenty of space to live in and enjoy

The JOSEFS HÖFE project is located in the south of the DIAMALTPARK neighbourhood. Four apartment buildings offer 98 rental flats, 34 of which are funded under the Munich model rent programme (MMM) and are designed to be accessible to wheelchair users.

The four solid-construction buildings are connected to one another through a shared underground car park. House 1 with two upper floors and House 2 with three upper floors also share a common ground floor, with an integrated day nurseries in the transition area, which is operated by the City of Munich. House 3 has three upper floors in addition to a ground floor and House 4 has four upper floors in addition to a ground floor.

Roof gardens, playgrounds and green areas

Compact floor plans, open or semi-open kitchens and mainly east or west facing semi-recessed balconies ensure a modern living concept. Extensive green areas with paths and playgrounds leave space and light between the residential buildings and offer the opportunity to play and relax in a protected environment, which families are particularly appreciative of.

Houses 2 and 3 offer green and walkable roof areas with a great distant view. Bicycle parking spaces and rooms for baby carriages and mobility aids complement the space on the ground or basement floors and the outer entrance areas.
